How often should I wash my hair extensions?
we suggest washing your hair once a week or more. We sell Raw virgin hair so you can wash the hair as much as you desire. Just remember to give the hair a good deep conditioner when you do. Washing the hair will not damage the hair in any way.
how many Bundles do i need to fill my head?
It really depends on the length, and fullness desired.
We suggest at least 2 bundles from 10inch to 18inch
20inch to 26inch we suggest at least 3 bundles
27inch to 34inch we suggest 4 to 5 bundles.

Do Virgin Curl have a return policy or exchange policy?
Due to the raw nature of our product Virgin Curl do Not except returns! we do not give Cash Refund!
If for some reason you received a bad batch and we hear from you within 2 weeks of purchase we will exchanged the hair out for you once you have returned hair wefts unCut. Hair can not be altered in anyway. Before contacting us we always suggest giving the hair a deep conditioner, sometime the hair just needs a little TLC.

How long does shipping usually take?
usually Takes us 48 hours to ship once order is placed and this is only because we deep condition the hair before shipping takes place so you receive your hair ready to install.
What is steam Forced Curls?
This is the only hair we sell at Virgin curl that is altered in anyway.
We have a high demand for curly hair, and due to the raw nature of our hair we run low on tight curls. We decided to take our virgin hair and put it through a rigorous steam process to create beautiful curls.Tangle free curls that last 1 to 2 installs. unlike natural curls unprocessed that last 1 to 2 years.
We don't use any chemicals on the hair just high heat and steam. Its the most beautiful curls you will ever see.If you want bouncy natural looking curls for a few months for vacation etc. this is the hair for you NOTE: This hair cannot be returned or exchanged. We price it lower for these reasons.
